Blend 4 Tablespoons (or to taste) Praline Mix into an 8 oz. carton THAWED whipped topping. Dollop on Hot Nogs, cakes, pies, or use as a dip or in desserts.
Praline Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, mix 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes, 1 cup Praline Mix, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 2 Tablespoons butter. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 Tablespoons melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes
Southern Praline Cheesecake Pie
With electric mixer, blend until smooth 12 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup Praline Mix. If desired, add 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans, pour into graham cracker crust, bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes. Topping: Blend 8 oz. sour cream with 1/4 cup Praline Mix, pour over cooled pie. Sprinkle with pecans.
Add 2 Tablespoons Praline Mix to 1 cup fresh hot coffee or milk. Add a splash of cream or garnish with Praline Cream (recipe listed). Serve in a pretty stemmed Irish coffee cup for a wonderful after-dinner dessert drink. Can be flavored with a shot of rum, whiskey or brandy.
Stir together 6 cups Chex Cereal and 2 cups pecan halves in 9 x 13 pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup Praline Mix. Bring to a boil, gently cook for 2 min. Stir in 1/2 tsp. baking soda until foamy. Pour over mixture and stir to coat. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hr. Stir once during baking.
