Sweet Tart Pie

1 jar lemon curd

1 graham cracker crust

8 oz. cream cheese

1/3 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

12 oz. thawed whipped topping

Spread the lemon curd in the graham crust. Mix the cream cheese and the Southern Blackberry Mix. Spread over lemon curd. Mix the Southern Blackberry Mix and the whipping topping. Spread on the top of the pie. Garnish with fresh blackberries. Refrigerate until served.

Terrific Whipped Topping

1/3 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

12 oz. thawed whipped toppings

Blend Southern Blackberry Mix into thawed whipping topping. Use as dip or to top desserts or drinks.

Cherry Cream Pie

1 unbaked deep dish pie shell

1 cup chopped pecans

1 tbsp butter

3 oz. cream cheese

8 oz. whipped topping

3/4 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

 1 can cherry pie filling

1/3 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

12 oz. thawed whipped topping

Sprinkle the bottom of the pie shell with pecans and dot with butter. Bake as directed. Combine until fluffy cream cheese, whipped topping and Southern Blackberry Mix. Pour into pie shell. Top with the cherry pie filling. Mix Southern Blackberry Mix with whipped topping. Spread mixture on top and refrigerate.

Blackberry Ice Cream

2 quarts vanilla ice cream

1/3 cup Blackberry Jam

1 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

Place vanilla ice cream in large bowl and allow it to soften to room temperature. Place jam in microwaveable bowl and microwave on low until melted. Add jam and Blackberry Mix to softened ice cream and mix well. Place ice cream in Styrofoam cups and freeze until firm.

Summery Blackberry Lemon Cream Cake

1 lemon cake mix

1/2 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

1  8oz. package softened cream cheese

1 can condensed sweetened milk

1 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

1  8oz. package thawed whipped topping

Fresh raspberries

Lemon zest to garnish

Bake a lemon cake mix in a 9x13 pan according to package directions. While the cake is still warm, poke holes in the top with the handle of a wooden spoon or a large fork. Sprinkle on top of the cake the Southern Blackberry Mix. Let the cake cool. Blend well together the softened cream cheese, the condensed sweetened milk and the Southern Blackberry Mix. Ice the top of the cooled cake with the above mixture. Spread on top of the mixture the thawed cool whip. Garnish the top of the cake with fresh blackberries and curls of lemon zest. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

Southern Berrylicious Cake

1 Bundt cake mix

1 cup pecan pieces

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

Prepare Bundt cake as directed. If desired, sprinkle pecan pieces in bottom of pan. While cake is cooking mix powdered sugar, butter and Southern Blackberry Mix and bring to a hard boil. Glaze the cake when it is finished cooking and add more powdered sugar for a thicker glaze.

No Berry Blackberry Cobbler

1  20oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

8 tbsp. melted butter

3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

1 cup Southern Blackberry Mix

1  18.25 oz dry yellow cake mix

12 oz. cool whip

3 splash Southern Blackberry Mix

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, spread the drained pineapple to cover bottom. Sprinkle the Southern Blackberry Mix over the pineapple. Evenly spread dry yellow cake mix over the top of fruit mixture. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle chopped pecans and bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes, until brown. Mix whipped topping flavored with Southern Blackberry Mix.

1/2 cup butter

2 cups powdered sugar

4 tbsp Southern Blackberry Mix

Blend butter, powdered sugar, and Southern Blackberry Mix together with a mixer.
