Fuzzy Navel Sauce

2 cups sliced pineapples

1/3 cup orange jucie

3 tbsp. Southern Fuzzy Navel Mix

Cook pineapple and orange juice over medium heat until tender. Place pineapple mixture, sugar, Southern Fuzzy Navel Mix into blender or food processor until smooth. Chill. Serve over ice cream alone or with additional fresh mangoes.

Fuzzy  Navel Marinade

1 cup Southern Fuzzy Navel Mix

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 finely chopped shallots

1/2 cup parsley

1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix all ingredients into a large Ziploc bag. Add chops, pork tenderloin, or chicken and marinate overnight. Bake or grill until done.
